SUPPLYCO was born from our shared belief that industrial sales deserves better than spreadsheets and gut instinct. We've seen firsthand how manufacturers struggle to connect with the right buyers, and how much potential gets lost in the process.
Claudia grew up in a military family, moving across the country and watching her family work blue-collar jobs that kept America running. That experience shaped her understanding of what it means to build things that matter. She went on to architect global-scale decentralized data systems and worked closely with international suppliers, learning how complex and fragmented industrial supply chains really are.
Jannik grew up in Germany, surrounded by the precision engineering culture that defines European manufacturing. At McKinsey, he spent years working with manufacturers on their toughest operational challenges. He also helped build Lilli, McKinsey's internal AI agent, one of the first enterprise AI systems of its kind. His work with Siemens deepened his conviction that AI could transform how industrial companies operate.
We met in New York, comparing notes on a shared observation: the industrial landscape was shifting fast. Hardware startups were emerging everywhere. New investments were flowing into manufacturing. Tariffs and reshoring were creating both opportunity and uncertainty. Yet the tools manufacturers used to find customers and close deals hadn't changed in decades.
Since then, we've spent every day with US and international manufacturers, listening to sales teams, visiting factory floors, and understanding exactly where deals fall through the cracks. SUPPLYCO is the result: AI that actually helps industrial sales teams close more deals, built by people who understand this world.
Manufacturing needs to grow quickly to handle a changing world and we are here to deliver that growth.
