SUPPLYCO Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

SUPPLYCO ("we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and disclose information through the SUPPLYCO Contact Finder Chrome Extension (the "Extension").

What the Extension Does

The SUPPLYCO Contact Finder Extension is a browser side panel that helps sales professionals find contact details for LinkedIn profiles using SUPPLYCO's enrichment data. The Extension detects when you are viewing a LinkedIn profile and, upon your request, retrieves contact information from our servers.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account credentials. Your email address and password when you log in to the Extension. These credentials are sent directly to our authentication servers and are not stored locally in the Extension.

Information Collected Automatically

• Authentication token. Upon successful login, a session cookie (fastapiusersauth) is set by our servers to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie expires after one hour of inactivity.
• LinkedIn profile URLs. The Extension monitors the URL of your active browser tab to detect when you are viewing a LinkedIn profile page. Only LinkedIn profile URLs (matching linkedin.com/in/) are processed. No other browsing activity is tracked or recorded.
• LinkedIn profile name. The Extension reads the page title of detected LinkedIn profile tabs to display the profile name in the side panel.

Information We Do Not Collect

• Browsing history. We do not collect, store, or transmit your general browsing history. The Extension only checks whether the active tab URL matches a LinkedIn profile pattern.
• Page content. The Extension does not inject content scripts into web pages and does not read or scrape any page content.
• Analytics or tracking data. The Extension does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
• Personal files or other browser data. The Extension does not access your bookmarks, downloads, passwords, or any other browser data.

Browser Permissions

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

• sidePanel — Opens the Extension interface as a Chrome side panel.
• tabs — Monitors the active tab URL to detect LinkedIn profile pages. The Extension only reads tab URLs and titles; it does not modify tab content.
• cookies — Manages the authentication session cookie for our API domain.
• Host permissions for linkedin.com — Required to detect LinkedIn profile URLs in the active tab.
• Host permissions for api.supplyco.com — Required to communicate with our authentication and enrichment API servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through the Extension for the following purposes:

• Authentication. To verify your identity and maintain your login session.
• Contact enrichment. To send LinkedIn profile URLs to our servers and retrieve associated contact information (professional email addresses, alternative emails, and phone numbers).
• Profile detection. To identify when you are viewing a LinkedIn profile so the Extension can offer enrichment functionality.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information collected through the Extension in the following circumstances:

• With our service providers. We use infrastructure and hosting providers to operate our API servers. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• As required by law. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, legal processes, or government requests.
• Business transfers. In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Storage and Security

• Local storage. The Extension stores only the authentication session cookie on your device. No other data is persisted locally.
• Server-side processing. LinkedIn profile URLs sent for enrichment are processed in real time and are not stored beyond what is necessary to return results.
• Encryption. All communication between the Extension and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.

Data Retention

• Session data. Authentication cookies expire after one hour of inactivity.
• Enrichment queries. Contact enrichment requests are processed in real time. Usage logs may be retained on our servers in accordance with our Platform Privacy Policy.

Your Choices

• Uninstall. You may uninstall the Extension at any time through Chrome's extension management page. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data.
• Log out. You can log out of the Extension to end your session and clear the authentication cookie.
• Disable. You can disable the Extension without uninstalling it, which will stop all tab monitoring and data collection.

Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed to individuals under the age of twenty-one (21), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Changes become effective when the updated policy is posted.
